Hong Kong is one of the closest country here in the Philippines that’s probably one of the easiest to go to since we don’t need a visa to go there (for us PH residents anyway) and not to mention the cheap flight sales. So when my best friend came home from Dubai told me she wanted to visit HK, I told her I want to see the place again.
All pictures are taken by Iphone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S3…
We arrived around 8pm and decided to stroll around Jordan. HK looks very alive at night with all the lights from restaurants and shops.
We found this BBQ place and I don’t remember how we arrived there. Talk about food adventures!
And I must say, Sichuan BBQ Restaurant is a must try for everyone! The place is cozy, food is great and the prices are affordable! I recommend their Lamb and Beef, any cuts! YUM! Side note, it was my first time to eat Lamb. HAHA!
Of course, the first place you visit regardless if it’s your first time or not…
Welcome to the happiest place on earth!
The picture above was taken during my first time in Disneyland HK last 2011 with my cousin, Pinx. Below is a picture taken there last January 2014. See the difference with the hair? LOL
HK is also the best place for us Filipinos to at least get the experience of Winter.
During our stay, the temperature was around 9-15 degrees Celsius so wearing a coat, hat, scarf and boots is a big YES YES. Like what I usually say, always go for comfort but never compromise style.
There were new additions to HK Disneyland such as the Toy Story Land, Grizzly Gulch and Mystic Point.
Yes! We rode the RC racer and the picture below was my reaction just before taking the ride. You don’t want to see my face after the ride. HAHAHA!
We also tried the Parachute drop which was fun and not at all scary compared to RC Racer. Haha!
We also rode the Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Car which was awesome! LOL at my reaction below.
The Mystic Manor was amazing! I don’t have any pictures because I was too stunned with all that was happening!
Don’t forget to try the food stalls too!
Here’s the Mickey shaped pancake and the Mickey shaped rice that I devoured in seconds. LOL
Some more outtakes
It’s fun to travel and explore the world with people that make you happy.
Will be posting more of our HK Adventures soon!
